Chef Vini of IndieGo Coffee

Vini once owned a homestyle Indian catering business that scaled to a food truck in 2019 before the COVID-19 pandemic slowed operations for Vini and her business Café India. In true entrepreneurial spirit, Vini has gotten herself back in the game and opened IndieGo Coffee February 4, 2022!

IndieGo Coffee serves espresso based drinks, teas, chai lattes, food, pastries and other drinks.

Vini has creatively taken her homestyle Indian recipes and made them into café-friendly hand pies, puff pastries, rolls, and decadent slices of cake. A sampling of the foods from her menu includes: Chicken Tikka Pie, Paneer Tikka Pie, Samosa Puffs, Egg Sandwich, Avocado Toast, and fresh Bagel of the Day.

The atmosphere of IndieGo Coffee is one that comfortably mixes relaxation and productivity with high top tables and cozy couches near a fireplace.
