New Roots Salt Lake Farmers Markets were open through October, 2022. Visit them at the three locations below. You can find some Spice Kitchen products at New Roots markets along with the Downtown Farmers Market Saturday, Liberty Park and Winter markets, listed below.

Spice Kitchen Incubator and New Roots Salt Lake are sister projects of the IRC in Salt Lake City.

Sunnyvale Farmers Market

The Sunnyvale Farmers Market will be open 10:30 am - 1:30 pm, every Saturday from June 18 to October 15, 2022. The Sunnyvale Farmer's Market, is located at Sunnyvale Park (4013 South 700 West) near Sunnyvale Apartments, in Millcreek, Utah.

The market features: Farm stands selling locally grown fruits and vegetables; Free sack lunches for children; Food pantry offering a rotating supply of non-perishable food and household supplies; Kids crafts and activities; Non-profit and community resource booths, and much more! It is a safe gathering space for all.

Sunnyvale Farmers Market participates in Double Up Food Bucks which offers a discount to customers who shop with their SNAP/EBT cards (food stamps).

Sunnyvale Farmer’s Market is a program of New Roots SLC and the International Rescue Committee in Salt Lake City, Utah.

 

 

New Roots Farmers Market at Redwood Farm

New Roots Farmers Market at Redwood Farm will be open 4:30 to 7:00 pm, every Wednesday from June 29 to October 19, 2022. It is located at the New Roots Redwood Farm, 3005 Lester Street in West Valley City, Utah.

New in 2022, New Roots farmers will be hosting a market at the New Roots farm featuring: Farm stands selling locally grown fruits and vegetables; and New Roots CSA pick up.

New Roots Farmers Market participate in Double Up Food Bucks which offers a discount to customers who shop with their SNAP/EBT cards (food stamps).

New Roots Farmers Market at IRC-SLC Office will be open 4:30 to 7:00 pm, every Wednesday from June 29 to October 19, 2022. It is located at the IRC Office, 221 South 400 West in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Each week the IRC-SLC Office market will feature: Farm stands selling locally grown fruits and vegetables, Spice kitchen incubator vendors, New Roots CSA pick up, and Educational materials and resources.

Winter Market at The Gateway

The Winter Market at the Gateway runs from November 12th, 2022 through April 15, 2023.

Urban Food Connections of Utah is committed to helping our community connect with and support local food producers year-round. The Winter Market at The Gateway features local produce, meat, eggs, cheese, baked goods, sauces, condiments, chocolate, art and crafts, and much more. Urban Food Connections is excited to be returning to the same location as last season at the north end of The Gateway. The Winter Market opens November 12 and will operate weekly from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm through April 15 (CLOSED December 24 and 31).

The Winter Market is located at The Gateway Olympic Legacy Plaza - 10 North Rio Grande St. in Salt Lake City.

 

 

Downtown SLC Farmer's Market

The 31th Season of the Downtown Farmer’s Market ran June 4 through October 22, 2022 on Saturdays from 8am to 2pm at historic Pioneer Park, 350 West 300 South in Salt Lake City.

The Downtown Farmers Market is proud to enter its 31st year as Salt Lake City's most beloved summer tradition for residents and visitors. 

The Downtown Farmers Market exists to strengthen and support small local farms and businesses as they bring their products directly to the public. Our farmers and producers offer the freshest local fruits and vegetables as well as a wide variety of grass-fed meats, eggs, dairy, honey, and flora, along with the region's best locally made sauces, spreads, baked goods and culinary accoutrements.

 

 

Downtown Farmer’s Market – Liberty Park Market

The Downtown Farmers Market is proud to be hosting the Liberty Park Market at beautiful Liberty Park which ran on Thursdays from June 16 through September 29, 2022.  The market is open from 4pm until dusk.

The Liberty Park Market exists to strengthen and support small local farms and businesses as they bring their products directly to the public.
