Chefs Rawiya and Ibrahim

Ibrahim made his way around his family kitchen as a child and began experimenting with different recipes. Upon moving to Utah in 2016, Ibrahim and his wife Rawiya decided that owning their own food business would be a great opportunity in their new home. Now, in addition to Halab’s Jasmine Kitchen, Halab has expanded to his new food truck “Fresh n Fried.”

Fresh n Fried offers Halab’s take on the American Classics of fried chicken tenders, fried chicken breasts, fried mozzarella sticks, and French fries. Combo plates come with a dipping sauce and a small coleslaw-like salad.

Chef Ibrahim also offers Halab’s Jasmine Kitchen.
