Chefs Mahmoud and Safaa specialize in a variety of cuisines including dishes from Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Egypt. Each dish is made from scratch with great depth, presentation and flavor!

Mansaf Braised Vegetables (16oz):
A stew of tomatoes, potatoes, peas, and cannellini beans alongside saffron-scented basmati rice. (Vegetarian, contains dairy, gluten free)
Mansaf Chicken (16oz):
A Jordanian dish made with whole leg of chicken and a dried yogurt called jameed, combined with cumin, paprika, cardamom, turmeric, cloves, and allspice atop saffron-scented basmati rice. (Halal, contains dairy, gluten free
Appetizer:
Vegetable Sambusa (3pc):
Deep-fried triangles filled with spinach, garlic, vinegar, and baharat, a seven spice mix, encased in a crunchy shell. (Vegetarian, contains gluten, dairy free)
Chicken Sambusa (3pc):
Diced chicken breast and onion tossed in baharat, a seven spice mix, encased in a crunchy shell. (Halal, contains gluten, dairy free)
Salad:
Malfouf Salad (8oz):
Shredded Romaine lettuce, chopped tomatoes, fresh mint, lemon with olive oil. (Vegan, dairy free, gluten free)
Dessert:
Baklava (2pc):
Ground pistachios and walnuts layered with phyllo dough, garnished with pistachios and rose water syrup. (Vegetarian, contains tree nuts and gluten)
Beverage:
Licorice Iced Tea (12oz):
Licorice root steeped overnight, lightly sweetened and served chilled over ice. (Vegan, dairy free, gluten free)

Please Note: Orders close Wednesday, July 6th at Noon! Orders can be picked up, hot and ready-to-eat from Spice Kitchen (751 W 800 S Salt Lake City, UT 84104) Thursday July 7th from 4-6:30pm.
When you arrive for pickup please text us (385-202-5207) with the first and last name on the order, if you would like disposable utensils, and a description of your vehicle when you arrive. We ask that you remain in your vehicles and a staff member or volunteer will run your orders out shortly.
