The Discover Food Festival, presented by the IRC in Salt Lake City and Charcuterie Artisans, will offer community members the opportunity to engage with and support local refugee and new American culinary businesses, featuring a variety of global cuisines. The festival aims to bring together over 1,000 community members to celebrate global food traditions and taste the rich culinary diversity available in Utah. Enjoy food from around the globe, live entertainment, and entrepreneur food demonstrations! Entrepreneurs at the event participate in the IRC's Spice Kitchen Incubator program, an initiative focused on serving culinary entrepreneurs working to start, sustain or scale their small business in Utah!
General admission tickets are free with an option to give a financial gift to support the Spice Kitchen Incubator program. Once inside the festival, you'll make direct purchases from entrepreneurs and enjoy access to a cash bar.

Discover Food Festival is a celebration of global food traditions and an opportunity to taste the rich culinary diversity available through Spice Kitchen Incubator entrepreneur chefs.
The event supports entrepreneurs participating in the IRC's Spice Kitchen Incubator program that works to assist refugee and new American culinary businesses to start, scale and sustain their efforts in Utah. Participating entrepreneurs receive technical assistance and training, affordable access to commercial kitchen space, and learn the steps to establish a successful food business.
